Neutralize and eliminate mold, mildew, fungus, algae-embedded smoke, food, pets, dead animals, urine, vomit, garbage, chemicals, and masking agents. Will treat up to 2500 ft.²
Two parts, A and B. Part A, add a gallon of water to a 5-gallon bucket, pour part A into it, and stir till dissolved. With a second 5-gallon bucket, add a gallon of water. Add part B to water and stir until dissolved. Add contents from one bucket into the other.
Make sure you’re wearing a full-face respirator. Place buckets on top of a drop cloth. Let them sit and gas off for at least 12 hours.
If quicker time is desirable, a bubbler for a fish tank can be used to speed up the process. Adding a bubbler will decrease gass-off time to eight hours. The chlorine dioxide gas is heavier than air so you need fans to circulate it. You will need to open cabinet and drawers, etc. Fabrics in the area should not be wet. This gas can bleach the color out of some fabrics, carpets, or upholstery if they are damp. Clear plants, pets, and people from the treatment area. The room temperature could be kept under 85 degrees. Close drapes and shades to keep sunlight out. Cover smoke alarms. This gas can tarnish silverware, so properly wrap open drawers, doors, cabinets, etc. Make sure to wear gloves and a respirator. Wear a respirator when re-entering and pouring the unused solution into the toilet for disposal.
