Return Policy


iSpotless Supply is focused on providing our customers with the best carpet cleaning products.

If, however, you happen to receive a defective item, please return it within 30 days, and we will happily replace it or refund your purchase price. We're not happy until you are.

Help With Your Return: Please give us a call at 1.844.573.8061, and we will provide you with return instructions. Our awesome staff is here to assist you at each step of the way.

General Product Returns: Please return the defective item in the original packaging and in the condition you received it. This will help us determine the root cause of the defect.

A full refund will be applied to the purchase price of the returned item. We will even cover your shipping costs for any defective items.

Equipment Returns: All equipment will need to be re-packaged and shipped back to iSpotless Supply via a freight carrier.

When returning equipment, please write on the box why the item was returned, and if possible, please return it in the original packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment where the return was the result of user error.

Upon inspection of the machine, approval can then be given for a refund. Once approval has been granted, a warranty refund will be processed and paid within 30 days.

IF THE EQUIPMENT GETS USED: If a refund is issued and we have determined that the equipment was used, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Receiving Your Refund: Please note that it may take an additional 10 business days for your refund to be processed through credit.

Exclusions: We reserve the right to deny warranty if we have determined that the customer has used, abused, or damaged the item.
